The DW-U mechanical flowmeters operate on the principle of measuring stroke deviation. A mechanical system with a pressure plate (deflector) is moved by a fluid against the strength of the spring. A metal belt seals the system from the medium to the measuring and display parts. The transmission of motion is carried out by the force of the flow. In this case, the microswitch located in the measuring part and the indicator lamp are activated. This microswitch starts the corresponding processes, the display system is activated, which shows the current amount of flow on the scale.
