Mechanical flow meter DW-U
A simple, very reliable flow meter with an analog display of the current flow, an adjustable switching point, an optical switching display via an incandescent lamp.
DW-U works on the principle of measuring the deviation of the stroke. A mechanical system with a pressure plate (deflector) is moved by a fluid medium against the strength of the spring. A metal belt seals the system from the medium to the measuring and display part. The transmission of motion is carried out by the force of the flow. In this case, the microswitch located in the measuring part and the indicator lamp are activated. This microswitch starts the corresponding processes, the display system is activated, which shows the current amount of flow on the scale.
