To facilitate visual inspection of small components, products and assemblies, borescopes with reduced diameters have been developed, which are equipped with an excellent system of high-speed rod lenses. They are characterized by excellent image reproduction, both in the center and in the peripheral zone of the field of view. In this way, they make it easier to check small details in all industrial applications by creating high-resolution and vivid images.

Borescopes are manufactured using the latest lens creation technology patented by HSW GROUP. The robust design ensures reliable and long-term use for industrial applications.

Rigid endoscopes-borescopes with a rotating prism
Borescopes with variable viewing direction (lens with lens) rotate by 340°. Focusing and an additional eyepiece for zooming in allow inspections to be carried out with a constant setting from 55°, an inclined forward setting up to 115° and a retrospective view. All settings are made on the eyepiece, therefore, the device allows you to perform several control tasks in a flexible and fast way. In addition, the viewing range is expanded thanks to the lens with a rotating prism, rotated by 340 °.

Expandable endoscopes-borescopes with lighting
Borescopes were created to test long objects and working devices. Typical applications for this type of endoscopes are: pressure tanks, pipes, steam boilers, large diesel engines or rotor blades. Borescopes of this type can be extended with extension tubes (Ø 24 mm) up to a length of 30,000 mm. Highly efficient halogen lamps of compact design (low voltage), built into the replaceable lens head, provide optimal brightness throughout the inspection area.

LED endoscopes-boroscopes (Econoscopes)
The new LED ecoscope is characterized by excellent image quality and ultra-bright illumination. A bright miniature LED on the lens illuminates the darkest corners. The extremely long service life of the LED allows you not to worry about replacing it. The brightness of the LED can be adjusted. A powerful lithium-ion rechargeable battery ensures operation independent of the network. Like all endoscopes, the device can be expanded to a full video endoscope using the HSW video kit.
